STP HeatShield may be used during any season.
In winter (at a temperature lower than 0°C), STP HeatShield is installed in the underhood space and covers the engine.
In summer (at temperatures higher than 0°C) it is installed in the hood on the side of the engine with the help of the included fasteners.
