The polymer composition is made on a rubber basis, therefore the membrane has special strength, waterproofing and electrical insulating properties. The NoiseBlock membrane can be used in any living space without harm to health and the environment.
The increase in sound insulating properties is achieved due to:
- increase in mass;
- increasing internal losses in the resulting multilayer structure.

It is very important to know that sound insulation at resonant frequencies is more dependent on internal losses and to a lesser extent on the mass of the partition. None of the existing analogue of the membrane does not allow increasing the sound insulation at resonant frequencies, because gives only an increase in mass.
