The first series of this model range is characterized by the absence of a decoratative trim frame around the radio and air conditioning control unit, here the facia 381352-06 will fit.
The second series of this model range is a bit more ploblematic, since apparantly wihtin the first year of manufacture, the dimensions differ slightly from those of the following model years. 
It is not possible to preselect the facia by looking at the trim itself.
With a first registration from 2004 as well as 2005 you will not be able to make sure which model you are actually facing.
