Rarely, but sometimes, after you have selected a product and successfully purchased it, some problems may arise. Or, you may need to replace, repair the device during the warranty period or after. Here we will try to explain in an understandable way how the warranty policy of our store works and how you can use it after making purchases in our store.

What products are provided with a warranty?

An application for warranty service or repair must be submitted to the authorized service of the manufacturer (usually indicated on the warranty card). In accordance with the laws, the entire legal liability of our store is limited to repair or, if required, (or requested by the client), replacement of defective equipment or materials.

The warranty does not apply to goods that have been modified by any person or company without the written permission of our store. Mechanical damage, products with traces of moisture or violation of operating conditions (for example, exceeding the maximum permissible power for speakers) are not a guarantee case. In any case, the managers of our company are ready to listen to you and solve the problems that have arisen.

  • Warranty service and repair

    Warranty service is supported by the manufacturer's authorized services (in Latvia and abroad). Together with the goods you receive a warranty card in which the addresses of the warranty workshops are indicated. In any case, you can contact us and get a consultation.
  • Different types of warranty

    For different goods, different warranty conditions apply. Warranty conditions can be clarified with our managers when processing purchase documents.
  • Warranty Exclusions

    Warranty obligations apply in a limited amount to one-time programmable microcircuits, RFID chips, additional software and some other products.
